Lionel 6-12878

ILLUMINATED OPERATING CONTROL TOWER

Produced by Lionel in 1995. A remake of there classic postwar #192 from 1959-60. Features; Gray base platform and roof, black tower structure with yellow LIONEL lettering, red ladders and walls, clear windows and two revolving blue clad dispatching figures. One of the more whimsical accessories with the two frantic figures running around their control boards. One of the better looking piece's for the layout, that offers sardonic commentary about the efficiency(or lack thereof) in railroad control centers.
