| Produced by Lionel in 2002(eailer versions were made in 1990 & 1993). Burning switch tower was a great idea by LTI taking the postwar 445 switch tower mold, and putting in a smoke generator. Features; Detailed molded switchtower with metal handrails, smoke unit, flickering interior lights to simulate a burning fire, button sends two animated painted figures into action, and realistic smoke damage decoration on building. This clever idea has turned into one of the most popular Lionel modern accessories made. ALso extremely realistic accessory that has become almost impossible to find(has always scene an limited run).
