This engine is part of the second of Lionel's popular Century Club series, and was available only from Lionel directly to members of the Century Club. This incredible model has all of the top features associated with top of the line Lionel locomotives, including all-metal construction, Railsounds, Command Control, and the popular 'wireless tether' between the engine and tender. The engine and tender measure nearly 30 inches long. Lionel Century Club models were produced in limited quantities and only available for sale to Lionel Century Club Members who had to pay a membership fee just to be eligible to purchase one of these fine models which were Made in America.
