LIONEL CLASSICS METAL RUNABOUT BOAT (1990) RARE

 

Produced in 1990 by MTH for Lionel. All the Classics series were produced by MTH under the Lionel banner name. Reproduction of the Classic rare 1933-36 Lionel #43 Runabout pleasure boat. Retailed for $695, and saw a very limited production run. Features; highly detailed sheet-metal construction, key-wound spring motor, on/off deck switch, adjustable rudder, opening hinged hatches, two ceramic figures, two keys, brass detail, American flag, baked enamel finish(cream painted body, red painted underhull), 17" long, and display cradle stand with official Lionel nameplate.
