NYC F3 ABA 3 UNIT L0CO - OPERATES AS EITHER A

 

  • This set can be operated as a 3 unit ABA loco or as 2 seperate locos (one single A unit and an AB double unit loco)
  • Each can be controled to operate of seperate tracks using convenitonal transformers, and/or both on one track using the hand held controllers
  • Couple them together and they automatically operate as a single locomotive
  • When you uncouple them again, they automaticlly operate as 2 seperate locos
  • Set consists of a Powered A unit, Powered B unit (both with 2 motors) and a trailing non-powered A
  • Opereating the ABA allows simulating railroad operation without using a turntable to reverse
