| Produced by Lionel from 1982-83, this was a remake of the classic postwar #128 newsstand(1957 -60). Features dark green stand, white "LIONEL NEWS", row of magazines below counter, red r oof, small lamp on news counter illuminates when a ccessory is operated, light tan base, white dog circles red fire hydrant, newspaper boy with tin paper in his, newspaper operator inside the stand. When button is activated the figures and dog move. This Fundimensions reissue has become increasingly difficult to find(it works well, and has lots of play value). |
