| This classic innovatively designed transformer was introduced by Lionel in 1955, and cataloged through the late 1960's. Has the neat lighted embossed "L" on the handle, unique to this transformer only. Features 125 watts, direction and whistle control by seperate large buttons, and fixed voltage terminals for accessories and switches. The handle lights up brighter the more power you give the train. One of the best transformers you can buy for a mid-sized layout (125 watts is a lot of power - more than most people need!). |
