| Standard Gauge. Die-cast combination square base and rectangular relay box topped with second smaller box, embossed on front with riveted door and hinge detail, embossed on sides with rivets, open on back and fitted with fiber or bakelite panel held by two screws, wires emerging through three holes, rolled steel pole with brass or nickel finial, plate numbered "82" for Standard Gauge or "082" for O Gauge, steel bracket mounted on pole near top holding socket with bulb, base for lantern and steel lantern cover with hole for light to shine through, ladder fitted between box and bracket, black and red semaphore arm with one red and one green celluloid disk, and train-stop circuit.Operating semiphore. first made in 1926 to 1935. Can be used for Standard or O Gauge. Required a instiated track or a 153C contactor. |
