151 SEMAPHORE

Painted diecast base. Stamped metal pole and ladder. The semaphore is used to indicate an unoccuppied/occuppied block - if the arm is pointing up and the light is green it's all clear - if the arm is horizontal and a red light is showing - the block is occupied - apply the brakes! Built from 1947 until 1966 and again between 1968 and 1969.
