2046T NO WHISTLE TENDER VERY RARE.

8 Wheel Tender. Because of voltage differences, non-whistle T tender were often included in sets destined for outside the United States. 2046T stamped on bottom of tender but 2046W on both sides. Another "Outside the US" tender was a 2671T 12 Wheel non-whistle tender Both came in re-marked boxes are very rare and hard to come by.
