2343-02 SANTA FE F3AA WITH YELLOW BODY, LARGE GM DECAL.

 

  • Built 1950-52. This particular variation has a yellow body shell, and large GM decal
  • An accurate Lionel Model of General Motor's F3 as manufactured by the Electro-Motive Division of GM, these units have the beautiful Santa Fe Silver and red warbonnet paint scheme with red, yellow and black rubber stamped detailing stripes
  • Features: Wire cloth ventilator on roof and open portholes with lenses. Black heat- stamped lettering. Wrap-around Santa Fe decal on nose and red and white GM decal. Two piece ornamental horns, cab door ladder, window shell number boards headlight lens and grab iron on nose. Silver chassis, silver-painted pilot and side frames with steps. Twin horizontal motors, Magnetraction, three position e-unit, both units illuminated, horn in power unit. Operating couplers on pilots. Fixed diecast couplers on other ends
  • The decals vanish naturally over the air spaces around the door on the nose - it will happen on all F3's and cannot be stopped.
