PENN/WILLIAM PENN CONGRESSIONAL CAR
1955-1956. The Congressional Series was the second group of extruded aluminum cars issued and the first in the name series. They were pulled by a Tuscsan GG1 as the top of the line outfit for both years. The decorative Congressional metal stripes were Tuscan with gold lettering. These cars are highly sought after by collectors and have attained a Rarity 4. The book lists a MINT piece at over $700.00 (that's if you can find one for sale). |
