MADISON PASSENGER CAR
|1947-1950. The madison cars were the cream of the early postwar passenger fleet. With the 2625 Irvington car being the first and only one released in 1946. The Madison and Manhattan cars joined it in 1947 all cars using the same number, 2625. In 1948-50 each car had its own number. Tuscan painted Bakelite body; White-heat stamped lettering; lighted; six wheel trucks.
