Whether singly or, more often, in unit trains, these were a daily sight from the 1940s through the 1980s. Lionel's cars feature realistic molded in detail for added durability and lower costs making it easy to build a long coal train of your own with seven road numbers available per scheme. Plastic bodies with added metal weights ensure good tracking even when empty. But loads are also easy w ith our new one-piece load inserts available separately.
