1994 LIONEL TRAINMASTER(TMCC) CATALOG
| A very rare Lionel catalog, that has slipped through the cracks. This was released in September of 1994, and was the first and only catalog for the Train Master Control System. Developed by music icon Neil Young, this remote system would once again give Lionel another competitive leap over all there competition(and it still holds true today). The cover illustrated a great winter scene with the Norfolk & Western 4-8-4 J(item #6-18040). This was the first Lionel Collector engine to feature TMCC and RailSounds 2. Eight pages with complete overview and text covering the entire TMCC system. Paper pulb with glossy photo's. A tough catalog that saw a very short run. Eventually Lionel would create an shorten version and incorporate it into the 1995 consumer catalog(and all the others in the future). A must for the Lionel paper collector. |
