1996 LIONEL ACCESSORIES CATALOG
| Released at the Feburary 1996 Toy Fair Convention. This was the only catalog Lionel ever produced covering just there accessory line. Has great orange cover with the new Lionel LLC logo. Features included; animated or trackside accessories, building kits, track, switches, transformers, and complete TMCC line. 32 paged paper pulb edition with artwork illustrations, and layout designs. Also included blurbs on different train collectors layouts(including noted Broadway and Hollywood actor Mandy Patinkin). This is probably the hardest 1990's catalog to find. A very limited publishing run, and was included in all the sets sold in 1996. Lionel quickly released that the consumer wanted the entire product line in one catalog. The following year this catalog was discontinued, and accessories were back in with the trains. |
