| Produced by Lionel in 1983-84. This was the first in the operating giraffe zoo car series produced by MPC era Lionel. A remake of the classic 1960's postwar era #3376 Bronx Zoo car. This car celebrated the San Diego Zoo in california. Lionel also made Turtle Back Zoo(85-86), Detriot Zoo(87), Bronx Zoo(88), and numerous Geoffrey Giraffe cars for Toys R Us. All have become quite rare. Features; Short body operating giraffe stock car, red plastic body, all-yellow giraffe, white lettering, with tell-tale pole and cam device.
