The "Flyerville" station platform was made for Gilbert by Minicraft in 1953 only. It came with a black roof and green shed on a brown base. Variations center around the the advertisements appearing on the shed. Type 1 had Chiklets ads, while type 2 had ads for Old Gold cigarettes, Kent cigarettes, and RKO Theaters. Type 2 also had a scale in the shed and came with either a plastic or masonite roof. Both variations featured a women sitting on a bench in the shed. |
