| The plastic version of the 661 coach was produced only in 1952. In 1950 and 1951 it was produced in extruded aluminum, which proved too heavy and expensive, and was the reason for going over to plastic production. The car is chrome plated over a black plastic shell. All cars in this series, aluminum or plastic, featured weighted link couplers, interior lights and rode on the new deluxe passenger trucks. |
