| This kit made its first appearance in the Plasticville line in 1957 with the number 1703 assigned to it. The Colonial Mansion had a very colorful one-piece box,(great illustrated picture). This is a very desirable piece to obtain. Total pieces=8. All 4 variations had white walls with a red, green, blue, or grey roof. Most desirable color is the blue. |
