This kit first started showing up in Plasticville catalogs in 1950. It was the second church they made - the CC-7 was the first. This one differs from the CC-7, because the former has a bell tower with an actual bell inside! There will almost always be factory glue stains on the white sides because the windows were glued in place. There are a couple of variations. Can have either a gray or brown roof. Some gray roof versions have a smaller front door. The cross that sits atop the belltower is the rarest component of the kit - no doubt due to it's size. It came in silver, gold, and white. A complete kit contains 10 pieces. |
