Complete kit includes 7 pieces including the chimney. The chimney should match the color of the sides. The first red and black small LP record shaped box is very rare.It was soon replaced by the one-piece lift lid, red, white, and blue box. The advertisement "Every child can play BUILD A HOUSE" still rings true today. Produced in 12 color variations with five different box numbers. Hard to find color variations are: peach sides/brown roof, yellow sides/brown roof, and turquoise sides/white roof
