| Introduced by Plasticville 1953 and continued in the line until the 1960's. This two story structure was one of the largest kits produced by Plasticville. The 1953 version included the hospital kit only, however a cardboard floor plan and furniture were introduced in 1954. Includes cardboard floor (with diagram), 22 pieces of furniture, and the complete building kit had nine pieces. Came in a one piece lift box (number would eventually change to "1902" in 1957). There are four color variations: (i) White sides, red letters, blue roof; (ii) White sides, black letters, blue roof; (iii) White sides, black front letters with red "Accidents", blue roof (toughest version to find - sells for $90 in Mint condition!); and (iv) White sides, grey roof, no letters (1953). All came with furniture except version IV. Tough piece to find complete. |
