| In 1928, Lionel introduced the No.4, a new model of the 254 with a special designed motor which was easily disassembled and reassembled. This loco had a Bild-A-Loco motor and curved hand-reversing slot in hood side. Brass trim, aluminum journal springs, die-cast headlights, embossed lettering, black frame and Type 3 latch couplers. |
