| Built between 1923 and 1935. Single arm stamped steel. In 1931 a major change was made. An operating red warning light was added to the gate and the counterweights changed to offset the added weight. In 1935, the colors were changed. The base was either black with pea green or red mechanism housing with a black cover. |
