| A rare set, and harder to find in this condition AND with ALL pieces, and the original box in beautiful condition! Sixteen piece set included twelve unpainted plastic figures, paint set and brush, unpainted plastic watchmans shanty with gray walls and base, light brown roof and trim, and a small jar of styrene cement with a caution for indoor use. Referring back to a 1986 reference guide, it states that, even back then over 30 years ago it was "difficult to find in Lionel packaging". Cataloged in 1959 only. This example is in Like New (C8) condition with the original box, insert, and both instruction sheets as shown. Unused, it has had the parts removed from any cellophane but all parts are present and perfect, apart from the chimney and one figure were stuck together (presumably by a leaky cement bottle!).
