| Painted red 40' car, white lettering, "NYC", "0807", "BLT BY / LIONEL", and a NYC herald appear on car side, seperate brake wheel, sprung trucks,Caterpillar Bulldozer made by Lesney (#18 in the series but mistakenly named "No. 8" on these pieces), has a yellow body with green rubber treads (usually missing), and gray wheels, a driver is cast onto the seat secured to the car by a red rubber band, and the bulldozer came packaged in a Matchbox carton, flat car is weighted and marked "LIONEL" on frame, cataloged in 1959 in set 5727 and seperately from 1959 to 1960. Very rare in Mint condition. |
