| Made from 1940 until 1942, and reintroduced from 1945 to 1949. Diecast combination base and post, eight-sided translucent white lamp enclosure, complex painted plastic cap with central spire and eight pointed projections around the rim (easily broken), embossed "35" and "LIONEL CORP." on underside of base, measures 6 1/8" high, premium for intact cap. 1940 to 1941 models were made in aluminum, and for 1942 the 92 gray color was used - the casting frequently deteriorated on the latter.
