EMD NW2 switcher, blue painted body with yellow heat-stamped lettering and Santa Fe medallion, yellow painted safety stripes on 1963 model (stripes eliminated for 1965/66 production runs), no ornamental trims, plugged ornamental bell and horn slots, typically open marker lens holes, late sheet metal frame with plastic side frame trucks, lighted motor truck with traction tire and fixed plastic coupler, rear collector truck with fixed diecast coupler, and a two position E-unit with lever pointing up. |
