| Produced by Lionel in 1997. A very short lived set, this was an attempt by Lionel to introduce a cheaper lower end set(using old MPC era molds). The major drawback was the DC powered engine. Still this one year only set, has become kind of collectible. Features; plastic 0-4-0 engine(DC powered only, NY,NH,& Hartford boxcar(6-16238), and Lionel Lines bobber caboose, O-27 track layout, and simple DC power pack. |
