| Produced by Lionel in 1992-93. This was the second animated billboard they produced. Plastic red-brown base, light gray casing, with on-off switch in the back. Under normal voltage, billboard messages alternate every 1 1/2 seconds between "LOOK, LISTEN, LIVE" with F3 diesel and crossing gate, and "MILK". This was an all design using rotating slats for the changing signs. The on-off switch allowed constant display of one sign. |
