Unusual, was only issued in 16999 rolling stock assortment, built 1-89, but not issued until 1990 with Syminton- Wayne trucks, while most regular issue rolling stock in 1990 had new ASF strong-arm trucks. May have been part of a 1989 set never issued. Book says ratity 2, we say it probably is a 4. |
