NAPA VALLEY WINE TRAIN ALCO AA DIESEL W/HORN

 

At night the Napa Valley Railroad hauled freight to various valley operations, but since 1987 the handsome Napa Valley Wine Train rules the rails from dawn past dusk. The K-Line by Lionel version is led by accurate replica of their burgundy, gold and green fully restored Alco FAs. In the meticulously restored heavyweight passenger cars, riders enjoy gourmet dining, exceptional wines from local wineries, and the spectacular Napa Valley scenery. The excursion train never turns around - just switches the Alcos to the other end - so the consist is always made up with an observation car at each end.
