NEW JERSEY TRANSIT PASSENGER SET

 

Transit passenger set is back with a new engine--- The U36C in a complete train set with three passenger cars, Fastrack oval and 80 watt transformer. The U36C was one of the first engines to run with NJ Transit when they assumed passenger operations in 1983.

  • NJ Transit s the nation's largest state transportation system with 895,000 daily riders and operates 12 rail lines from New York City to over 150 stations all throughout New Jersey including Mountain Lakes. The engine features Railsounds--- realistic horn sound, diesel revving sounds, realistic bell sound, Dual Moters, operating headlights, metal frame and handrails, engineer figure, and the passenger cars have operating couplers and are illuminated. Oval of track is 40" by 60" inches and the overall set length is about 56 inches long.

  • U34C diesel locomotive, three coach cars.
  • A 40 by 60 inch loop of Lionel Fastrack.
  • The big 80 watt CW-80 transformer.
