Amtrak rebuilt many of its older F40PHs into Non- Powered Control Unit (NPCU), nicknamed Cabbage u nits due to their cab controls and baggage compartments.These non-powered models feature all the lighting and sound effects you'll need to duplicate the operations of these "Cabbages" on your railroad.
