MONON DOUBLE DOOR BOXCARS 1423

 

  • One of the more common freight cars of the 1940s through the 1960s, these cars were once some of the largest on the rails. Often used in finished auto and parts service, these cars could also be found hauling everything from lumber to finished goods. Double sets of doors made loading and unloading large crates or vehicles easier.
