PREWAR ILLUMINATED STATION PLATFORM

 

This station platform was cataloged prewar 1939-42, but was also available postwar 1946-51. The base and roof were Bakelite, painted green and red respectively, while the posts supporting the roof were silver-painted die-cast parts. Two lights were installed under the roof.
