77N CROSSING GATE - LIGHTED
Built in 1935 and 1936. Can be used with O or standard gauge track. 11" long steel gate was supported by a black sheet metal base, which enclosed the operating solenoid. The base was black with a red mechanism housing and a black cover. In 1936, the nameplate was changed from brass to nickel, and the lettering on it changed to reflect the now universal O and standard gauges. |
