GP7 and GP9 LOCOMOTIVES

 

  • The GP9 differs from the GP7 in that it used engine power to slow the train down, similar to gears in a car. This was called the dynamic brake
  • Visually the only differnce between the 2 models are the vents and dynamic break housing in the roof of the GP9.
