LIONEL HO GAUGE 5751 LACKAWANNA DIESEL THREE CAR FREIGHT SET WITH TRACK AND TRANSFORMER

 

Offered by Lionel in 1961 as a display boxed set. Set included an 0545 Erie Lackawanna 44 ton General Electric diesel with a working headlight, 0865-250 Michigan Central gondola with crates (catalog illustration interestingly shows a D&RGW), 0337 animated giraffe circus car with bobbing giraffe, 0838 Erie Lackawanna caboose, a circle of track and an 0103 power pack. Set box is orange and white with a display panel.
