In this great set you get the best of both worlds - one freight - one passenger.
  • This set includes extra track and remote control switches for two yard tracks so you can store the passenger cars on a siding after the last passengers have been taken home, and couple up to a freight train stored on another siding
  • The passenger cars with red stripe are illuminated, the observation has a fancy rounded tear drop rear and all cars have remote controlled operating couplers
  • The freight set includes a lighted red caboose, a powerful searchlight car which will illuminate mountain canyons and the walls of the rooms of your house at night, and a red Jersey Central coal dumping car (with Statue of Liberty logo) which will unload it's coal load at the push of a button. All pulled by the powerful Erie Hudson which has a maintenance free motor with flywheel for extra smooth operations, headlight, whistle and puffing smoke. Transformer controlled forward, neutral and reverse.
  • The track included will make a oval approximately 3 1/2 feet wide and 7 feet long, and can be constructed with a passing siding or 2 seperate sidings, and includes 27 straight O track, 10 curved, left and right hand remote controled switches, bumpers and a 6-65530 UCS uncoupling and unloading track. The transformer has lots of extra power for accesories, and seperate accessory contacts
  • Make sure the adults don't take over the railroad on Christmas day - let you child assign the times when each person gets to run the trains
