  • The Nutcracker Gateman opens the door and rushes out from the house each time the train comes down the tracks, waving his lantern and warning everyone that a train is coming
  • The Christmas tree next to the Gateman's house is lighted, as is the lantern
  • The station is made from heavy duty plastic, and is illuminated
  • The Hot Chocolate Car is also lighted and includes a ticket for a trip aboard the polar express
  • The station measures 12 1/8 by 8 1/4 by 6 1/2 inches high; and the Gateman is 7 by 5 3/4 by 4 3/4 inches
