| Condition is Mint in the box. Very tough piece to find in the Mint unused condition. Same base as the old Post-War 124 Newstand. The figures are big (2 1/2" high). Has lots of play value for the layout! Features three figures, brown base, light tan baggage platform, black fencing and roof supports, green roof, small foil "LIONELVILLE" signs on roof supports, and an attached 2170 green lamp post.
