Condition is mint on this rare car. Produced by Lionel in 1995. This was a year end Xmas special add on to the 1991 I.C. O-27 passenger car series. Features; plastic molded body in IC paint sceme, illuminated interior with passenger silhouettes, plastic trucks with operating couplers, and a first time full vista dome molded roof done in 1995. All the o-27 full vista domes were made in low numbers.
