Produced by Lionel in 1992. Features; plastic molded green 3 dome tank car body, yellow lettering, metal handrails and ladders, plastic trucks, and authentic Missouri, Kansas, and Texas paint scheme and graphics. One of the few Lionel cars where the item number had such bold type(16115). Also the end caps are stamped M-K-T 16115.
