Produced by Lionel in 1996. Features; classic 1950's Warner Brothers cartoon artwork(Chuck Jones). The two figures continually pop up and down through the roof - constant animation. Plastic molded body and trucks, with operating couplers, and claasic authentic Looney Tunes graphics. Lionel only kept the license on Warner Brothers for a short time in the 90's.
