Produced by Lionel in 1996. Features; plastic molded Standard O gauge body, plastic removable scrap load(which can come out), die-cast metal sprung trucks with operating couplers, and authentic NPR graphics. This car load was a first for Lionel, and is the hardest of the scrap loads to find.
