Dash 8-40B diesel-Features; highly detailed plastic molded body, yellow and blue painted cab body, yellow frame, handrails and large 'Santa Fe' on cab side, blue Santa Fe nose logo, '8026' on cab, cab lights, headlights and a flashing warning light on the cab roof, dual modified Type II motors, Magnetraction, three position reverse unit, operating couplers at both ends. This engine had no horn or bell, the Limited Edition set had a railsounds boxcar for sounds. In 1992 Lionel would issue a matching dummy unit. |
