Produced exclusively for the LCCA in 1994. Southern die-cast tractor with logo, and plastic Southern plastic container(diecast trailer). Container has graet Southern Logo(end stamped with "1994 LCCA Special Edition". One of the harder trailers to find, the LCCA has never gotten very big.
