| In case you missed out on the regular set, here's a limited edition Junior Set with a Lionel Steam Engine and three Polar Express Passenger cars! Decorated exclusively by The Train Station, the cars and loco are somewhat smaller than the regular set, and the cars are a newer, more modern, streamlined style. The loco puffs smoke and whistles as it makes its journey towards the North Pole. Your children's imagination will recall all the characters from the movie as they peer into the windows of the rounded tear drop observation! Set is complete and ready to run with no assembly required. The 80 watt transformer has lots of extra power plus an extra connection for accessories and expansion. The 40 x 60 inch loop contains 8 fastrack curved, 3 straight, and 1 terminal track. A 'how to' instruction video is also included. The locomotive has Lionel's famous forward, neutral, and reverse system - controlled with the touch of a button. Passenger cars are illuminated, have operating couplers and include a rounded teardrop observation car. For lots of extra fun, purchase of a TS-50 uncoupling kit is recommended so you can operate the couplers by remote control, otherwise the couplers can be operated by hand. Just set the track up anywhere you want, even on the carpet under the tree, plug in, and let the fun begin! |
